She will join Olympique Lyonse on loan through June 2023

USWNT's midfielder, Horan, has agreed to sign a loan deal with Olympique Lyon until June 2023. This will allow him to join the club for the 2019 season. Horan will be joining Catarina Mcario, USWNT's teammate. Both players are part of Lyon's squad since last season.

It's not surprising, given Horan’s recent European history. She played previously in France with Paris Saint-Germain between 2012 and 2016. She won the Women's World Cup in Lyon recently and signed a contract extension for Thorns FC. This will allow her to remain in the US through 2025.
