Brooke Henderson leads LOTTE Championship
Brooke Henderson of the LPGA is in line to claim her sixth career title. American golfer Brooke Henderson has been looking for a win since January. However, she has been in excellent form this week with a total score of 69. In the first half, she averaged 25 pars per round. She has had no bogeys through the first two rounds and has a perfect 68 through her last five rounds.
Brooke Henderson, who is currently leading the leaderboard at two rounds of the LOTTE Championship, was able to overcome some difficult conditions. Mo Martin shot a seven under par 70. ShanshanFeng shot a seven under par 73. She is now two strokes behind Brooke Henderson. Pernilla Lindberg, the only other player to break 70, is in a tie for 25th.

Annika Sorenstam trails Madelene Sagstrom

Sorenstam was one among four players to shoot a score of 69 on Thursday. Sagstrom is just two shots behind. Both players still have the chance to win, but it is still possible to take home a trophy. Sorenstam has not won on the LPGA Tour since 2008. However, she has played several events this year, including the U.S. Senior Women's Open and the Michelob Ultra Open at Kingsmill.
Brooke Henderson has won her second straight LPGA tournament
Brooke Henderson, a Canadian player, won her second consecutive LPGA Canada event. The 18-year-old had a remarkable year last year. At the age of eighteen, she won the Women's PGA Championships in Toronto and was selected to represent Canada at the 2016 Olympics. In Rio she placed seventh in the women's round of golf. She holds the record in LPGA Tour wins for Canadians. In April 2021, she will win her tenth LPGA event. Since her debut in 2015 when she was just 15, Henderson has won an LPGA title every year.
Brooke Henderson has now won three LPGA Tour titles with her win in Canada. After winning last year's LOTTE Championship, she also won the McKayson New Zealand Open (June) and the Meijer Classic (April). Her win set a Canadian record in LPGA Tour victories. She beat Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie by two strokes. She also claimed the Bobbie Rosenfeld Award, the LPGA's highest honor.

Lindsey Weaver Wright had just started her career on this tour. Henderson's win came in a playoff, however.
The Canadian won the LPGA Championship at Seaview in addition to the win. She began the afternoon round four shots behind Korda but quickly recovered and made birdies on the opening two holes. She made bogeys on Nos. 3 and 9, but then went on a tear on the back nine, making putts of up to eight feet on the final three holes.
