However, many fans may still wonder how he is able to keep up with the competition.
Cheng was successful in his UFC debut against Wesley Ranger, and he continued competing in smaller MMA companies until he won the TUF China Finale. In the fourth round, he defeated Ranger, who held a 0-0-0 record in professional MMA. In the UFC, Cheng was matched up against Anying Wang on March 1, 2014, but was removed from the competition due to a stoppage due to a doctor's decision.
