She was later banned from competing for four years for using EPO. Chebet was later succeeded by Agnes Jebet Tirop (a teenager) in the 2015 IAAF World Cross.

Keira D’Amato, famous female runner has an amazing story. She is an athlete living a busy life with a full-time Real Estate job and running as a side-gig. She broke the American marathon record by 24 seconds last year. Deena Kastor had held that record since 2006. Keira D'Amato, just 37, is an already well-known athlete. She started her life as a hobby jogger. After graduating from American University, Keira D'Amato got into Real Estate, had two children and competed in the 2020 U.S. Olympic Trials.
Paula Jane Radcliffe
Paula Jane Radcliff is a well-known female runner who has enjoyed international success in long distance running events. She is the winner of the 2002 Chicago Marathon, and has been a champion three times in the London Marathon and New York Marathon. She has also won many other events.
Helene de Pourtales
Helene de Pourtales (famous female runner at the 1900 Olympics) was born in New York. She was the only child of a wealthy tobacco family. Isaac Barbey, her father, established the tobacco empire. Helene's mother was a Lolliard, from France. Helene was an athlete and married Hermann Alexandre de Pourtales, a Huguenot descendant. The couple had 3 daughters. Helene's love of horses was passed to her from her mother.
Allison Stokke
Allison Stokke was a prominent female runner. She is also a pole vaulter and an athlete. She was born Newport Beach, California. After graduating from Newport Harbor High School, she continued her education at the University of California. Stokke was a champion in both pole vaulting and other sports at both schools. Stokke is also an advocate for healthy foods, and encourages others in her footsteps.
Tia-Clair Toomey
Tia Claire Toomey, the famous female runner has been one of America's most successful athletes over the past year. She is the face in female fitness. Her results speak louder than her words every time she competes. She won in the 2022 NOBULL-crossfit Games. Toomey returned stronger after a tough start to the competition and led the contest until the end.
Allison Baver
Allison Baver, a former U.S. Olympian in competitive running, announced her retirement on Monday. She has been an Olympian three time, her first being in 2002, when the U.S. women's 3000m relay squad in Salt Lake City featured her as an alternate. Allison has also participated in the 2006 Torino Winter Games. She was third in her relay in the 3000m. Allison sustained a terrible injury in 2009 after she fell with a teammate and fractured her right leg and ankle. This happened one year before she was scheduled to compete in the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
