
Fallon Fox is an openly transgender American mixed martial artist. She is the sport's first transgender fighter. Her transgender identity was made public when she announced her transition to female in 2011. Fallon is a vocal supporter of LGBTQ rights and an advocate for gender equality.

Manuel Fallon Fox, 26, of Los Angeles, California, was a high school student when he decided to pursue a career in boxing. Jeet Kune Do was enrolling him when a girl approached them about a sparring class. Manuel decided to meet the girl at a nearby boxing club. Manuel and the young girl were instructed by an overzealous boxing coach to spar. Manuel was also hit hard by the coach.
Manuel has only fought professionally three times, and his first two bouts was an amateur bout. His career was filled with injuries. He has missed numerous fights because of back-toback injuries as well as shifting priorities in the bureaucracy. However, he has not fulfilled his promise to be back in the ring.

Her relationship with gay man
Fallon Fox, a MMA fighter has been the focus of a lot of attention recently because of her relationship to a gay man. Fox was born a biological man and struggled with her gender identity from an early stage. She believed she was homosexual in her teens. She was unaware of transgender people at that time.
She began to research transgender issues and was eventually able to transition. She discovered about transsexuals. She eventually lost all her hair. She eventually lost her hair and underwent several operations to become a woman.
She had gender reassignment surgery
Fallon Fox was born a male but struggled to identify her gender as a teenager. In her teens, she believed she was gay. However, she later discovered she is a transgender female. After realizing her gender identity, she decided to have gender-reassignment surgery. She traveled to Thailand for the surgery and underwent a series of surgeries.
Fallon Fox discovered the term "transgender", as a teenager. As a teenager, Fox began to question her identity. She started taking her mother's clothes and playing dress-up whenever she was not looking. Her family was not supportive of the decision to undergo gender reassignment. She served four years with the Navy, becoming an operations specialists second class. After her marriage ended in 2007, she went on to attend a technical college and eventually enrolled at the University of Toledo.

Fallon Fox quit professional mixed martial arts in early 2018, after she lost to Amanda Nunes in UFC 215; she announced that she would be retiring from the sport. In February 2017, she announced that she would be retiring. In February 2017, she announced her intention to retire. Since then, Fox has not participated in a fight.
Although her MMA experience was short-lived, it's notable that she is now a prominent advocate and supporter of transgender athletes. Born as a man, she struggled to identify her gender from an early age. She believed herself to be gay. She was unaware of the existence of transgender people.
